Like peanut butter and jelly, some combinations are simply better together. The microMAG Combo 20-Piece Set pairs standard-sized and micro-sized MAGNA-TILES pieces in one starter set, making it easy to discover new ways to build, create, and explore. Use both sizes together to add intricate details, expand every build, and experience the endless possibilities of Meaningful Play.
The smaller tiles in this set let my kid build details like window frames and tiny stairs that never worked with the standard squares before. It’s the perfect starter combo pack for when you want both sizes right out of the box.
Bought this for my 4-year-old and the mix of standard and micro pieces is what makes it work, the little ones fill in gaps the big tiles can't reach. We've built towers, garages, and a surprisingly sturdy castle in one afternoon.
My kid ignored the standard tiles for weeks until I added the micro pieces to the bin, and now the two sizes click together into these tiny spiral towers. The micro ones are small enough that I keep them in a separate pouch so the toddler doesn't swallow them.
