We've been using these rails to extend our track into a ramp that goes over the couch, and the clear plastic is sturdy enough to hold the turns without flexing. My daughter loves that she can see through them while decorating. Great addition.
Eight extra clear rails turned a small loop into a ramp that actually goes somewhere. The patent-pending design clicks in tight with the tiles we already had, and my son rebuilt the whole track three times in one afternoon.
My kids were getting bored with the same little loop track, so these eight extra rails let them finally build a ramp that actually goes somewhere. The clear pieces snap in just as tight as the ones that came with the set, which surprised me a bit.
